Requesting a Screening Appointment can only be done by the Registered Owner (or their authorized agent) AND/OR the defendant named on the penalty notice. Please take note: To schedule a screening appointment, please wait until 48 hours after the issuance of the penalty notice. All scheduled screenings will take place over Zoom. You will receive an email with instructions upon scheduling your appointment. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the penalty notice will be confirmed, and the vehicles registered owner and/or the defendant named on the penalty notice will be required to pay a fee for failing to attend the appointment. The fee for failure to appear at a scheduled screening review appointment is $25.00 plus tax.
