If you have received a parking ticket due to a minor error made while paying through the HONK system (i.e. entering an incorrect licence plate) or if you have received a ticket for accessible parking and have a valid accessible parking permit, please contact By-law Enforcement at tickets@thebluemountains.ca before submitting an appeal. Staff will review the circumstances and provide direction on next steps. Please use this portal to pay or appeal parking tickets issued in the Town of The Blue Mountains.
